Appointment scheduling - Fluchthaus

1. Meeting Point: Please show up 10 minutes before your booking time for briefing!
If you arrive late, this time will unfortunately be deducted from your total playtime.

2. Payment: is made in cash after the game and is based on the actual number of participants. Therefore, the group size (2–6 players) does not need to be finalized at the time of booking – card payments are not accepted.

3. Cancellation / Rescheduling:
If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance for free – either by calling us or using the “cancel” link in the email you received after booking. If you do not show up without prior cancellation, a compensation fee of €80 will be charged, We appreciate your understanding.
